Sutton Foster is an award-winning actor, singer and dancer who has been featured in eleven Broadway shows, including the return of Violet and the originating parts in Broadway productions that include The Drowsy Chaperone, Little Women, Young Frankenstein, Shrek The Musical, and her Tony Award-winning performance in Anything Goes and Thoroughly Modern Millie. Star Search, at the 15th birthday, was her first time that she appeared on TV. In the years since, Sutton has appeared on Bunheads and Psych. Sutton Foster is a soloist who has appeared in shows across the US and overseas together with Michael Rafter. They have covered songs off her debut album "Wish" along with the follow-up CD An Evening With Sutton Foster Live At The Cafe Carlyle. She was awarded an Honorary Doctorate in 2011 at Ball State University, where she is also advisor and faculty member to the Department of Theatre and Dance. She has been starring in the TV show "Younger", created by Darren Star, since March 2015.
